• Most of the final year Post Graduate Medical Students (Batch 2019-2022)  in Haryana from all the medical colleges and various specialities are finishing their 3 year tenure between April to June 2022. 
• DMER Haryana has published posts of SR/Demonstrator in every medical speciality and the last date to full the form is 14.03.2022 which makes all the final year post graduate students ineligible to apply for these posts. 
• Around 500 final year post graduate students will be ineligible as their 3 year tenure has not completed, their final exams and results are pending. also, no institute will give them NOC ( which is mandatory for interview ) before exams/ tenure completion. 
• As per DMER Policy, next SR Interviews will be in September/October (after 6 month waiting list finishes)
• These SR/Demonstrator Posts are for 3 year regular tenure so once occupied, these seats will be blocked for 3 years. 
• Every time the SR/Demonstrator posts were published after exams of final year PGs so they all could also become eligible for interviews and get fair chance to get selected as SR. 
• We final year medical PGs doctors humbly request DMER Haryana to postpone the SR/Demonstrator interviews until our final exams or allow us to sit for interviews so we could also join after successful completion of our exams.
• We hope DMER Haryana will keep in view our services to haryana healthcare during crisis time and help us resolve the serious concern of our future employment. 
• We Haryana Post Graduates have served our state 3 years in PG with dedication, this timing of interview is making all of us ineligible for SR posts and others from outside haryana will take over our jobs and these seats will be unavailable to us for next 3 years.
