Approximately 7 million people in the US are immunocompromised.   Covid vaccines have often  not provided protection for this group.  A large %  have ZERO protection after 2 vaccines and booster. This group also has a significantly  higher mortality rate than the average population. (as high as 30-40%) 

On 12/8/2021 the FDA approved a preventative treatment for the immunocompromised.  Evusheld by Astra Zenaca.  In trials 77% of the 5000 who received this treatment had reduced rate of developing Covid. 

Currently the government has ordered ONLY 10% of the amount needed for qualified patients.  Cancer centers are considering  lotteries  for THE MOST  vulnerable. What if covid vaccines were available to only 10% of the population? This is completely unacceptable., 

Please make Evusheld available immediately  to all the immunocompromised, and organ transplant recipients  who want to receive this preventative  treatment.  Thank you.
