Requesting that Chris and Marquitte Fland come to Virginia Beach  ASAP to help their first born and favorite daughter with her second child, seeing that they didn’t come the first time.
 I think that it is important to know they are skating on thin ice and also what else is at stake: nursing home. 
them being here would allow time for rest, studying, and care of the first child while mom and dad run around to visit their second born in the NICU department and also give attention and care to the first child who is not allowed in the nursery due to Covid restrictions.
