I think Greggs should make Gluten Free Sausage Rolls as it's about time people with Celiac or a Gluten Intolerance can walk down to their local Greggs and get a proper lunch. 

According to a survey 1/100 people are Celiac and that is not including Gluten Intolerance, so it would be a very good business idea.  

It is definitely possible as other businesses are doing it such as Subway.
