The residents of Alocasia Road & Lady Slipper Avenue in particular have noted with concern the increased speed of vehicles that frequent our community daily. As you might be aware the street is highly populated, however we have come to realize the majority of speeding vehicles do not belong  to the members of the community as they mainly belong to motorists detouring during rush hour to avoid traffic jams. We are of the view that if speed bumps were to be installed this may caution and perhaps detour fast pace drivers. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS INITIATIVE BY SIGNING THE PETITION as a step forward in a positive direction towards community building. It is our hope that our request be heard and considered.
