Travelers from Canada to India have to go through lots of hassle during the return trip to Canada.

Though Direct flights are available from India’s capital city New Delhi to Toronto & Vancouver, it caters to only a small fraction of the population who live near the capital city. The rest of the travelers from the East, West & Southern parts of India prefer to travel through the below-mentioned airports.

Normally most travelers are transiting through Doha's Hamad International Airport, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, London Heathrow international airport, Frankfurt International Airport & Dubai International Airport on their return trip. The COVID testing facilities are outside the airport premises which takes more time compared to the travel time available in most cases and require a Visa (for select passports) to avail of this facility.

This testing facility in Abu Dhabi airport is available in the airport premises which helps scores of seniors and others to travel without hassle. This facility alone is a prime preference for travelers and most of them travel by Etihad Airways.

We request the Airport authorities and the respective governments to make changes and enable the COVID testing facilities within the Airport premises without exiting the immigration area as the new rules for entry to the country require a quarantine for red-listed countries.
