As someone who frequently visits Blountville on my daily commute, I have almost been hit on multiple occasions at the intersection of Hwy 394 & Blountville Blvd. 

  It seems that the turn signal at Blountville Blvd turning left onto Hwy 394, does not display a solid red arrow. As drivers are crossing from Walgreens/McDonald's at the light, they are almost hit by traffic flying over the hill to turn onto 394. 

 On multiple occasions, including this morning, we have almost been hit head on by a driver. I feel that if the turn signal at the intersection would display a solid red arrow for traffic turning left, that it would significantly decrease the risk of accident at this intersection.

 I am sure I am not the only one that has almost been hit on many occasions. I am hoping this petition will gain enough followers that we can get Sullivan County to take a look at that intersection and reprogram the lights there.
