The once quiet deadend street 0f Gifford & Swinton Avenues with 4 houses has recently become inundated by builders who by petition has asked to change the zoning laws inorder to build several attached multi family homes on a tract of land where there once one house. The builder in this case proposes to build 3 multi family homes at 2759 Gifford Ave. The neighborhood is crowed enough with limited parking. We don't need the congestion nor the influx of people. At the moment parking is strained, imagine adding 3 additional multi family homes. What was once a quiet neighborhood is now by the desires of greedy builders who don't live in the neighborhood becoming a nightmare.
