The goal of that petition is to replace the 42.25mm restrictor imposed by the FIA (Appendix 6, Point 4.2.17) by the pop-off system in the E2 group.

FIA need to understand that this rule just destroyed turbo engines business in E2 group, that's just unfair.

Switch that with the pop-off system will permit to turbo engines and motorists to come again in EHCC and in all Championships governed by the FIA.

One more time, the goal isn't to take the place of other technologies, it is just to have our place and to make all technologies compete fairly, which isn't the case actually.
