Stephanie Leasure abuses her authority as an educator, which leads to students disengagement and disruption that she antagonizes. Ms. Leasure blatantly disrespects students and gives them unreasonable punishments with ill intent. EXAMPLE: In her own words “ I will continue to write students up until you get out” Which she later clarified she was referring to suspension. Ms. Leasure makes racist remarks towards students, EXAMPLE: “Look at his hair, he looks just like the purple minions” while talking to an african american student with starter locs. Ms. Leasure openly degrades her students by humiliating them with announcing their grades to the class. The students of Eastmoor Academy believe their education would be more successful if she was replaced.
