Repeal Baseball’s Antitrust Exemption

Repeal Baseball’s Antitrust Exemption
86 have signed. Let’s get to 100!
The Major League Baseball Owners have locked out the players and are now canceling regular season games to the detriment of fans and the cities that they play in. The many stadium, hotel, restaurant and bar employees will be hurt by this shutdown while the MLB owners continue to collect the taxpayer subsidies that their teams get from our pockets. This lockout follows on the heels of their unilateral reduction of minor league teams last year to the detriment of many smaller towns and cities across America. It’s time to subject MLB to the same laws that apply to every other business in our country. We ask Congress to Repeal the anti trust exemption!
