Learners implicated in the shameful animal cruelty incident should be put to work to serve our local animal shelters and anti-animal cruelty field workers. Let them clean the shelters, pick up after them, help them bath the animals, help with outreaches in to communities where animals needs to be saved from harsh conditions  of neglect. 

Teach them about animal cruelty by putting them in the shoes of those that fight against it every single day. Let them feel the sacrifices that are made daily by animal rescuers and organisations to prevent actions like theirs. 

This petition will be presented to the schools as the schools will form a vital part in their reform.
