The roads within the Val Harbour/Bonnies Beach community are in disrepair and require repaving in order to be safe for both vehicles and pedestrians. 

We are requesting that the Township of Ramara include repaving of Val Harbour/Bonnies Beach roads (Leo Crescent, Tuppy Drive, Harrys Lane, Edgehill Road, Bonnies Beach Road) in the 2023 budget for Council approval. We would like to request full repaving of these roads and paving for the gravel portion of Bonnies Beach Road, with base repairs to the roads where needed to best maximize tax dollars. Although this is more expensive up front, it will be more cost effective in the long term and will have a much longer lifespan than simply placing tar and chip without fixing the road base. 

We take great pride in our community and would love to see this reflected in care of our roads within Val Harbour and Bonnies Beach.
