Bantu Entertainment started this petition to African Union and

We URGENTLY request that all people of Black/African descent throughout the diaspora, and allies: SIGN & SHARE this petition.

The Exodus #GTFOH (Go To Find Our Home) is a collective of people and organizations that will be joined for the purpose of delivering Black - African related people from persecution and exploitation wherever they are. This first plan is to address an emergency state concerning people of African descent in America: it proposes access for Africans either by individual, family or group, owing to the fact that they are still persecuted due to a historical past incident and/or current state of related affairs that are causal to their belief or knowledge that their lives are at risk; they therefore then looking forward to leave America and to resettle in one of the states in Africa.

In this human emergency, an Immediate international collaboration is necessary to rescue Africans individually or by social or religious groups as many of these are petitioning to leave because they are in a present state of danger. Historically this group has been and still is subjected to unjust and unfair social bias, systemic racism, owing to persecution. Both individuals and groups believe that there are intentional, and both past and on-going plans for their genocide and extinction..

The group wanting reparations feel they have been exploited without renumeration, and yet feel that the government and minority rich capitalists’ groups daily plan for their community de-stabilization, de-population and genocide. They are medically and socially targeted and experimented upon, this group is currently in a state of distress. With the ongoing direct brutality from police against them as a group, Black/Africans in America are daily targeted and subjected to arrest, brutality and killings.

These crimes are organized by hate operative groups that are actors in the current state of the American government or organized groups within corporations of nationalist white and immigrant Americans, which work covertly and overtly to kill off Africans in America; these hate groups are both armed with racism and extremism  and scattered throughout America, and target Africans in America with aggression. These groups are organized and systematically racially profile and target African males and females with the intent to kill. This surge and targeted killing of Africans in America is witnessed currently with the inhumane treatment and the murder of George Floyd, who was innocent, un-armed, and begged for his life. Killing and crime like this one have been replayed over and over again throughout the centuries, and it is time for justice and peace to prevail. The inhumane treatment of Africans in America and the continuous history of persecution calls for reparations and resettlement relief as a savior. Both individuals and groups of Africans in America are in urgent need of international protection.

What is Resettlement: The Context of Resettlement as outlined by the United Nations High Commissioner of Refugees (UNHCR) and is defined as: “ the transfer of refugees from an asylum country to another State that has agreed to admit them and ultimately grant them permanent settlement”

Africans have been unjustly taken from their homeland and justice to repair the plagues we experience would be evidenced with a drive to call them home... to set them free! African Leaders can play an important role in calling Africans abroad home to Africa for the best interest and unity of African people at home and abroad.

Africans in America are looking for access to return to their home in Africa and for a permanent settlement, and the immediate right to abode.

The 1st position is a request that a few African countries immediately address and give access to at least 100 Africans from America each based on a recognition of the resettlement charter, owing to the fact, that these groups face physical, social and economic in equities, and they live their life in fear of being killed by a certain enemy: persistent racism and armed hate groups.

According to the UN General Assembly in its resolution 68/237 starting from 1 January 2015 to ending 31 December 2024; it coins that people of African descent are recognized to have a need for protection. There is a factual history proving that for the last 400 years before or more, there was not liberty for all in America. This lack of liberties reflected in continued exploitation and persecution since the before the 1600’s. Africans abroad almost everywhere and the siege of  racism ever-present in America beckons humanity to do better and address this plea to get-out: it is a call for freedom to live.  .

Racism  was amplified during the slavery where men were hung on trees, and babies then torn from the bellies of their mothers.... whilst slave holders looked on the killing as they are in a picnic: and the killings continue. The differences of political or religious opinion from the state is also causal for African groups to be labeled as terrorist groups. There is a need for national and international cooperation and respect for African religious and spiritual choices, as persecuted seek refuge in religion and spirituality as a source of life.

And, those revolutionary groups that study pan-africanism: like the above most all of them peaceful, educated, law abiding: and yet these groups, because they are socially, politically or spiritually different, are persecuted and targeted, their leaders unjustly killed or incarcerated-convicted long life sentences with false charges, while their flocks become fearful and scattered. Yet, many are speaking out today for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery (and countless others), the persecution of Africans in America is now enough: and there is a cry for justice.  Whilst, the government yet list these innocent god-fearing groups and law abiding citizens as terrorists: and along with our law abiding organized study pan-african groups, the meditators, the holistic vegans, the innovators: many amongst these groups fear they are targeted, their freedom to live life peacefully and without fear is challenged. African-Americans that organize in groups are persecuted and are in need of international protection.

To address these 400 year (+) abuses of people of African and indigenous descent, throughout the diaspora, humanity must rise up to meet certain demands for the equitable restoration of respect, identity, culture, heritage and prosperity. Concurrently, all African diasporans, both here and abroad, must be respected and protected, and should have holistic opportunities for economic, social, cultural and spiritual fulfillment. Yes, African leadership, it is now time to embrace those that want to return and to take a certain quick action in this time of persecution and distress. Africans in the diaspora, we call on African governments to quickly heed the call and make urgent plans for access:

• Resettle Africans in the diaspora with immediate right to abode, and,
• Donate land or set up a system of affordable purchases for resettlement shelters, and/or
• Allowance of returnees to purchase land, and conduct business,

In addition, we call on International actors and other businesses and/or corporations to donate to the cause such as:
• donation of air tickets or fares
• helping with construction of communities

This ease of access and international bartering and monetary support is requested. This is an emergency agenda and actors with the The Exodus #GTFOH team, seek to ensure the survival of Africans here in the USA and abroad anywhere. Actors seek to develop systems and services that ensure a future for Africans to unite and work together again, and to make contributions to the development of Africa as Africans and be respected as leaders in the global arena... it is time for a change!

With this petition, we look to lobby African countries and governments to take a stand, as well. We present this proposal for immediate access for those Africans in America to have the immediate right to return and to re-settle in Africa, and the right to abode in Africa.

This is a call for the international protection of people of African descent everywhere in the diaspora, and a lifeline for Africans in American, and a quest to help those who want to return to Africa to separate, because they are persecuted in America, and come back home to their motherland/fatherland.

SOME INPUT:
According to the UN General Assembly in its resolution 68/237 starting from 1 January 2015 to ending 31 December 2024; it coins that people of African descent are recognized to have a need for protection. There is a factual history proving: liberties, exploitation, and persecution based on race, and differences of political opinion reflect a need for national and international cooperation to address these 400 year (+) abuses of people of African and indigenous descent. Now humanity, MUST rise up to meet certain demands for  equitable restoration of respect, identity, culture, heritage and prosperity of this persecuted group.

Concurrently, all African diasporans, both here and abroad, must be respected, and should have holistic opportunities for economic, social, cultural, and spiritual fulfillment. It is time to separate and come home to the motherland, it is evident that Africans in America are at risk and they are in urgent need of international collaboration from African states and support from other UN state actors, and other just individuals or corporations. Africans in the diaspora are all racially profiled and systematically set up for failure and genocide; black lives are at risk everywhere, whilst the upheavel and injustice in America is now visible for the whole world to see. Africans in America currently need urgent and durable solutions! Reparations for Black - African-related people who choose to remain in America, and Reparations and Resettlement for Black - African-related individuals and groups who are persecuted and flee for their lives: and want to return home to Africa!
