Repair and Refill Mt Tabor Park Reservoir 6!

Repair and Refill Mt Tabor Park Reservoir 6!
Why this petition matters

Mt. Tabor Park in Portland, Oregon is visited by thousands of people each week, both city residents and tourists. Over 100 years old, the park’s three reservoirs are recognized on the National Registry of Historic Places and serve an iconic image and experience of Portland.
Resolution 37146, passed in 2015 following overwhelming community support, committed the City of Portland to keeping the reservoirs full, maintained, and restored. Reservoir 6 has now remained empty for many months as the city chooses not to budget for the needed maintenance and repairs. The longer the reservoir remains empty, the more damage will occur, vandalism will increase, and the cost of repair will increase as well. It detracts from the park, and from our fair city.
We request that the City please fund the repair of Reservoir 6 so that it may be refilled as soon as possible, consistent with the above Resolution.
