Dear South Africans please support this call for the South African government to please re-enact the Land Claims Act for Restitution claims. The government focus on Expropriation Without compensation to redress the Land issue in our  county is tantamount to the horse being put in front of the cart . Government  should first finalise all outstanding Land claims which are currently not being processed. The Lamosa Judgements stopped all newly submitted land claims on hold for 2014 submission because of government inaction arounf finalising old claims. Before we talk about taking land from South Africans through Appropriation should government not first settle all land claims. We might just end up with all or most South Africans receiving the Land without using Zimbabwe like tactics which risks our economy
