As you may know, many water fountains and water fillers around Newton South do not work. Particularly, the water filler near the field house lobby and the water filler at the front entrance. Here's why you should care about reopening these water fillers:

1. More working fountains means people drink more water
2. Better hydration means better performance (athletic and academic)
3. Water fillers decrease plastic pollution

Everyone agrees that reopening the water fountains and water fillers would be majorly helpful. I plan to email this petition to adults in power at South to prove to them that this is an issue that we care about.

Let's fix the fountains!!
