Loquat rd in north Key Largo was shut down by our county comisioners to prevent traffic in the Garden Cove neighborhood.  The closing of this rd has greatly exacerbated traffic issues on south bound cr905 and has negatively effected local businesses that relied on the rd for public access.  The US 1 intersection with cr 905 needs to be addressed and the road block on loquat rd needs to be removed.
