On November 17,2020 Carter was at home with CCS, where CCS claims carter fell on a children's booster seat and he found him unresponsive, CCS then picked up and chose to carry carters body to the bathtub and cover him in water. After that attempt didn’t work he decided to call 911 and IMT(carters mother). He then once again carried carters body to the front porch.

Upon final examination it was determined Carter sustained a laceration to the liver, rare for pediatrics his age.

Detectives made attempts to bring CCS in for a Lie detector test but they left it up to his will to decide if we would like to come in, CCS refused multiple times and in turn carters case was closed.

we are as a group would like to have carters case reopened and CCS required legally to go in for the lie detector test.

we just want to know what happened November 17th, 2020
