Rich Marshall is the new owner of the building. He is originally from New York and has had a successful career within the entertainment space. He has brought the biggest names in music to events in the past including: Jay-Z, Kanye, Britney Spears, Wutang Clan, Method Man, Red Man, Bow Wow, Dj Envy, The Weekend, Dua Lipa, Roddy Rich, Dababy, and Post Malone.
