Rental prices at the moment have hit the roof, these are unregulated, there is no regulation for renters, and the landlords/ real estate agents can adjust the price to anything they want, there is no limit. 
This is unjust and unfair and unreasonable. 
I am calling for a controlled amount of 2 - 7% maximum, only that they can increase it by every two years. The landlords/ real estate agents need to be able to justify it by adding value to THEIR property that THEY own to justify and validate the rent increase that YOU are PAYING to live in . E.g. putting in a fence, a new heating and cooling system, new upgraded flooring, a new oven,  etc. 

inspections of properties to be changed to every 6 months, and not every 3 months which is the current standard practice. 

Landlords/ investors, property owners who own any empty properties should have to be made to lease them within 12 months of them being unoccupied of business tenants they must lease them as residential,  no more holding on to these properties and keeping them empty for the tax breaks.
