Even though i feel Heath is guilty of his crimes, others who were involved should be held accountable. Jack Walls, III lived a priveleged life in our little town and still reaps those benefits. He should pay for his role as well.

I feel that the evidence that has surfaced since his plea is more than enough for Heath to receive a fair trial!! The abuse he has suffered is far more the worst punishment he could ever be handed!

This poor child went through hell. Yes, he killed his family but it’s criminal and reprehensible that the circumstances surrounding these murders were not taken into consideration in his sentencing.

It is only right to have the case renegotiated.

Heath’s sentence indicates that in this case justice was not blind! I believe Heath has been punished enough already. If he were my son, I would not want him punished for killing me or his father. As far as his sister, she was an innocent. That said, he’s served his his time!

Dear Friends, I never ask that you sign potions. I posted something a few minutes ago but it kept putting the wrong address up. This case is near and dear to my heart. I have never met Heath in person but I talk to him all of the time. Wade was my husband and lived through the same hell that Heath lived through. I am here to tell you that the truth was never on the agenda in this court case. There were so many hands in this case that the cookie jar itself should be considered a crime scene. What Heath is saying in his motion is the truth. I was so traumatized after Wade's death and scared that I never spoke of it. I am speaking of it now though because we need closure from this horror that follows us daily. My children need this closure and Heath needs this closure. Yes Heath was a part of this horrible crime but he was not in it alone. Many nights I would throw a blanket over our kitchen table so that Wade could hide from Jack Walls, Jack was in prison but that did not convince Wade that he was still going to hurt him. He would shake and cry and talk about the horrible things that he went through and that was hard to hear. The hardest thing to hear though was when he told us the things that Jack made them do. This sadistic son of a bitch had such a GOD complex that he thought he was building his own personal army. He did just that. He made these kids do unthinkable things. It made him feel like he had power and owner ship of these children. Read this next paragraph and then close your eyes and try to imagine what Wade went through and then ask yourself again how Heath could shoot his father just because he was told to.

Wade a small boy is told by Jack to bring him a boy that was in their neighborhood. Wade knew that meant Jack would start rapping that kid as well and instead of bringing the kid Wade told the kid to never trust Jack and stay away from him. Wade threatened the kid that if he came near the Boy Scouts he would hurt him. Wade was protecting the child. The only thing is Wade was so scared of Jack that when Jack blamed him for not bringing the boy ...Wade told him what he did. Jack laid out the punishment. Wade was to loose an eye for his betrayal. Wade was given a small bag that had things in it to start a fire and tools. He was taken to a location and he built a fire ring and then told to come back there on a specific day. The bag had tools and a large nail as well. He was told to ride his bike there and build a fire in the fire he was to place the nail in there. Jack told him that he was to put the nail in the fire and lay down on the ground next to it and wait. Jack came along later and used the tools to pick the nail up from the fire and he reminded Wade that if he cried while the nail was inserted into his eye his little sister would be killed. Wade laid motionless as Jack smiled and lifted the nail and inserted it into Wades eye. Wade had to ride his bike home and tell his parents that he was dragging a board with a nail in it and it flew up and hit him in the eye. Wade was now blind in one eye and had to have surgery to fix the mangled eye that Jack inserted a nail into. Not one person doubted Wade's story, no one said this makes no sense. No one saw through Jacks Bull story. I guess the nail dragging the road heated that nail up to a crispy red just in time to burn a child's eye out.

As a mother I would have never believed that. Imagine looking into Wade's eyes and seeing that chunk of silicone that replaced his vision.

Imagine seeing him shake under that table thinking that Jack was going to still get to him, me, or the kids. This is how monsters work, they tinker with brains and they own these children and they get their rocks off when they see their horrible desires fulfilled. Imagine the satisfaction that Jack felt when those guns were firing into that family. Wade said Jack looked so happy afterwards and said something about needing to clean his self up. I can only imagine what that meant. I hate that these stories live in my brain and I hate that I have the ability to hate someone so badly. I hate Jack Walls with every fiber of my being. He never touched me, imagine what Heath and Wade felt because they were touched.

Imagine that and then ask yourself how a bastard tells two kids to pick up a gun and shoot people. They did it because they were told too by the person that was trusted by their parents. The person who was believed over them every time. Wade was locked up in a mental institution once. Guess who was allowed to pick him up for weekend visits... Jack Walls... those weekends were spent reinforcing his agenda and making sure Wade kept his secret. Wade is dead the secretes are not and it is high time that the truth is told.

Heath has already lived a life sentence and he deserves to live a life without a monster in his closet. Let him walk outside those gates and let him breathe fresh air and let him finally fall asleep without the treat of prison or Jack Walls looming over him. He lived a life sentence long before the triggers were pulled and now he is serving another. He has been incarcerated for 20 years now. Let him have a chance. Sign this petition for every child who lost their innocence, their lives, and their future at the hands of this monster please. Do it for my children who live with it daily. My son has never met Jack Walls but has night mares about him nightly. This is now how children should live their lives. Give Heath back his life.

Let me answer the question that you want to ask, the same one the LT. Gov asked me years ago when I was writing letters begging for clemency. He asked me if I would ever want Heath around my kids. Let me give you the updated answer. At that time I had two children growing up in my home and I told him that Heath would be welcome in my home anytime. I now have those children and two grandchildren. I can't wait for the day that Heath gets to hold them in his arms and knows that we have faith in him. As far as I am concerned he was a programmed child with no accountability for his actions. He was a drone and Jack was the controller. Wade will never know his grandchildren but maybe Heath can meet them and be a part of their lives so they have another person that can tell them what an amazing grandfather they would have known. Heath Stocks is welcome in my home anytime. That is an easy answer directly from my heart.

I feel like Wade would want me to fight for Heath in his place. He used to say Hun, you don't understand, Heath wasn't alone. When he told me the whole story I wore a coat in the dead of summer for three days because I was shaking and cold from the information that I had now been given. Someone hold that bastard Jack Walls accountable for who he is because this fight is far from over and Lonoke officials need to do the right thing here and stop sweeping the truth under the mat.
