On the morning of July 11, a majority of us got the message stating that Heinz Field was going to be changed to “Acrisure” stadium. Acrisure is an insurance company based in Michigan and had no involvement in Pittsburgh whatsoever. Hell I don’t think any of us across the country besides Michigan knew what this company was. This name does not fit the Pittsburgh community at all. We need to have a name that is associated with Pittsburgh area for example Primantis or UPMC Field.
