Having written the leaked Opinion effectively revoking Roe v. Wade, Justice Alito is an embarrassment to this community and should not be honored. 

That he was born in Hamilton does not give cause for celebration when he is prepared to strip abortion rights from millions of women in this country. The divisive political stance he has taken with this Opinion is reason enough for a name change. 

Even more, Justice Alito has not engaged with our community for many years, having moved to Morris County before relocating to DC for his appointment. 

Justice Alito should not be celebrated. His actions will have adverse repercussions for years to come. Change the name of Justice Samuel A. Alito Way in Hamilton, NJ.
