Chair of the Warwick Sewer Authority Board (WSA) Gary Jarvis is the Chief Technology Officer at the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RITPA).  Around August 3, 2021 as Chief Technology officer his department allowed the largest data breach in the State of Rhode Island.  His complete failure to protect the network from a cyber ransom caused the compromise of @12,000 state workers.  This compromise allowed the release of critical personal data such as Dates of birth, Social Security numbers, addresses ECT.  This far reaching breach also released family member data of anyone on the medical provided to the works so not only the workers but spouses, signifiant other and children who may not even have credit yet had their data released.  Gary Jarvis then participated in a joint coverup and hid the information from the people affected for almost 5 months.  The Union that represents the workers for RITPA have voted "No Confidence" in all RIPTA senior staff and asked for their removal.  Mr. Jarvis has shown extremely poor judgement in his primary job and keeping him on as Chair of the WSA would be a slap in the face for the 12,000 state workers affected by his inaction and subsequent concealment of the information of those affected.  Please remove Gary Jarvis from the Warwick Sewer Authority
