Remove Trooper Jason Wurtz From Active Duty

Remove Trooper Jason Wurtz From Active Duty
Why this petition matters
New York State Trooper James Wurtz, of Gardiner, New York serving in New York State Troop F had knowingly and illegally entered the locked domicile of a suicidal man and shot him.
The man in question was Daniel McAlpin. Daniel had called the Mobile Mental Health Crisis Response team because of suicidal ideations.
As is customary, Mobile Mental Health called in State Troopers for backup protective services.
Trooper Jason Wurtz arrived on scene, and he along with at least one other Trooper, broke through the locked door of Daniel's home and pointed their service weapons at him.
They pointed their weapons at a confused and suicidal man, after they entered his home without probable cause, as they knew Daniel was home alone. He was a danger to no one but himself.
This petition is to have Trooper Wurtz removed from duty while the State Attorney General investigates the situation. Since he has been publically named, and is apparently under enough duress to have shot and killed a man, he may act irrationally amd harm others.
