There has been a razorwire deathtrap on the ground in a ditch, next to Montesano (a road), off of Neeley Road, in Guerneville California, for over 4 years.  See pictures below.  

Our neighbors have over 135 emails with the County about it, and we have been complaining about it to the County for over 4 years.  The County claimed they haven't had any complaints about it, however, when they were asked if they filed our complaints and for a complaint number, we were ignored.  They didn't even file the complaint they were responding to.

This is a violation of at least 2 different building codes, and at least 1 fire code.   It is a "life hazard", obviously razorwire is deliberately engineered solely for the purpose of being a life hazard, and as this is locked onto a post, in a ditch, next to a road, this constitutes a life hazard.  It is also "rubbish".  Pictures of the codes have been provided below.

Please sign our petition to have the County and/or Fire Department remove this razorwire deathtrap IMMEDIATELY, before we find the corpse of a deer or pet in it, or one of our neighbors ends up in the emergency room from stumbling into it while going for a walk. 

The picture of the property lines are BEYOND where the razorwire is.  The razorwire is right next to Montesano road, about 200 feet away from Neeley road which is a main thoroughfare for around 500 people, where a lot of people go for walks.
