The huge plant pots blocking potential blue badge spaces and loading bays on Fore street, hertford causing danger and discrimination need to go. There was no publicity received by residents of the area, vote not fairly advertised. I wrote to highways and called following a major reconstructive ankle surgery. I parked outside the pharmacy, on crutches, plaster cast, adapted car to collect prescription following discharge, to receive a parking fine. Limits space for loading and disabilities, hard to see at night with clubbers walking out, taxis difficult to pass, very unhelpful and many residents calling fir them to be moved please. We would like another vote... advertised widely, and consideration of disabled people excluded from life there or penalised fir not being able to walk but having to take a chance to get into pharmacy. Limit disabled people independence by taking away potential blue badge parking for plant pots.
