A new double-decker bike rack has recently been installed in Auckland's newest public space, Te Komititanga. The bike rack:

- Was installed to a sub-standard finish

- Is consuming valuable pedestrian space, already a rarity in Auckland CBD

- Has created a dark, undesirable space between itself and Vodafone/McDonald's 

- Detracts from the sense of openess, and creates physical and visual clutter

I propose this is relocated to Galway St or replaced with a Locky Dock bike rack

If I get over 100 signatures, I will send this to Auckland Council / Auckland Transport for further action.
