The Richmond San Rafael bridge needs to have the bike lane remove or a solution for traffic when there is an accident on the bridge.

The early hours commute when there is an accident all commuters are stuck no where to go only two lanes are available. We need a solution that bike lane should be remove and for bikers there can be a shuttle bus to take them across or through ferry. We need that third lane to be an emergency lane when an accident happens. That way we can get to our work in time , I almost lost my job over this traffic jam it’s unacceptable we have out tax money taken to make this bridge safer and for upgrades but we have this bike lane that’s barely used and no emergency lane for vehicles it is unacceptable. Can we all sign this petition to have this lane remove and for the city to provide shuttle buses for the bikers. We need to make a change !
