This woman has been harassing and taunting content creators on youtube and doesn't promote what the youtube platform stands for. She is setting a bad and negative example for people and promoting hate and cyber bullying. She should not be able to profit off of what she is doing and be eligible for monetization of her videos. People are taking advantage of someone who is developmentally delayed and influencing her negative behavior.
