Remove Ryan Upchurch From Youtube

Remove Ryan Upchurch From Youtube
Why this petition matters

On August 6 of this year, a 16-year-old named Kiely Rodni went missing after a party in Truckee, California. Rodni has since been found by Adventures With Purpose, a non-profit sonar, and dive team.
Since Kiely was found, a YouTube creator by the name of Ryan Upchurch with almost 3 million subscribers has built a vicious narrative around the teenager's existence, which can only be compared to Alex Jones level conspiracy theories.
While freedom of speech is any individual's right, including speculation, the content this YouTube producer releases for his viewers is outright dangerous for the families that are grieving. The catalyst of losing someone can lead to others being lost during that grief, this petition's intent is to prevent that.
Upchurch has now extended his rhetoric to almost 3 million subscribers, telling people outright and as fact, that Kiely Rodni doesn't exist, or never existed, or that her death and life were portrayed by paid actors.
At the very least, the content related to Kiely Rodni should be removed.
While this petition is to request YouTube to remove the content, enough signatures may also lead Upchurch to do the right thing, for Kiely's family.
