The true colors have been shown during the last couple years. Failure to represent, fight for, or improve contracts. Recently, Robert laid down and released a letter saying we had to "accept" that the mandates were the new "Norm" and we must comply. Time after time, they have sided with the company or the Government over the people who pay their dues to keep them employed. They're trying to raise our dues for 2022, yet its been years since they've gotten us a new contract. There's a predicted 12-20% cost of living increase estimated next year and we've been at the same wage for nearly 3 years. We've also been told outright, if we did anything going against the mandate, they would not represent us which is taxation without representation. All Unions need reformed for BNSF, or ultimately go under 1 union, so we can all have equal contract benefits. Having 5 unions does nothing but allow opportunity to cave on the lowest possible contract incentive because 1 of those unions caved first. UAW started the movement of fighting for their union members, follow suit, or we can pay dues elsewhere.
