I made a research where 80% of Family and Inheritance law across the European countryies stand for reserved part of inheritance. 

If you wish to make a will where you give your property to the Government or people of your choice it can always be appealed due to reserved shares of children.

With gaps in paternity law, where terms are too short to dispute ( In most cases if a father finds out that a child is not biologically his, he cannot do anything but be the father), often inheritance is shared by biological and non-biological children against the parent's will.

And not only cases like this, but the basics of the free will concept and human rights are written off.

These laws need to be revised globally as they imply the Conservative vision of Communism and don't share the ideas of Democracy.
