Pre imposed transgenders are being sent to Chowchilla prison for women . Where my mother is currently incarcerated ,since 2003 ,Who still have their men parts . They are raping women, and the Correctional officers are handing out CONDOMS To transferred Male inmates !. There are also full males (Rapist, & sex offenders )claiming they identify As women just to be sent to Chowchilla in order to hurt and have sex with women . Once they get there , they stop taking their hormones and continue to live life as Men , and are now harassing ,fighting , and terrorizing actual women . They are released into general population .raping women in the yard and Correctional officers aren’t doing anything to stop it  .They are moving women inmates out of their cells to house these men/Transgenders. They will not put a stop to this until these Women end up pregnant, have diseases spreaded to them , or  DIE . We , the families of these WOMEN (and not animals) are asking that this become a Public news story in order to Pursue charges against Chowchilla’s women for Prison and We will not , Stop! 
my mother is now 51 Years old ,she has served 18 years , is currently in a wheelchair , with several health problems , and is unable to protect herself like many other women .
