This pencuri has been caught twice stealing resident's belongings in Rimbunan.  

Case 1: (6th March 2022) - Stole 4 sports Rims from a car of one of Rimbunan resident.  Caught his car on CCTV early in the morning in the carpark, and security guard also saw him when doing patroling (ronda), also CCTV caught his carplate number when exiting rimbunan.  Released by police due to "insufficient evidence"

Case 2: (2nd May 2022)- Stole a helmet from one of Rimbunan resident.  No police report made by the victim, so cant catch this thief.  

WE AS PEACEFUL RESIDENTS IN RESIDENSI RIMBUNAN PETALING DO NOT FEEL SAFE ANYMORE AND WANT TO REMOVE THIS PENCURI FROM RESIDENSI RIMBUNAN PETALING FOREVER.

THIS PENCURI IS A CRIMINAL. HE BREACHED STRATA ACT 9 (1), 10 (2), 16 (1) and 16 (2). HE SHALL BE REMOVED
