I’d like to achieve my goal of the pay gap in corporate jobs. Many large companies continuously have kept men and woman’s pay checks different, leaving men with more money, although the two genders are pursuing the same job, no matter their sex, they should be equal. This may be unorthodox, but, there must be a change!
