Red dye 40 is a food additive made of petroleum. It causes hyperactivity, ADHD, has cancer causing agents, causes behavioral issues and more. Adding it to children's medicine is toxic. You give a child tylenol for a fever, and when they most need rest the dye causes a chemical reaction that creates hyperactivity.
