On Wednesday, April 13th, Chance Enquist returned to Harper Creek High School. Weeks prior, Chance had brought a knife to school with the intention of harming students. On his person at his arrest by officer Mackey, there was a list of targets, as well as a notebook of depravity. Chance also sexually abused various ex girlfriends, and was even caught fingering one near the band room drinking fountain. How can the school allow this individual to return?
