There are "Cannibus" Dispensary trucks on the corner of 109th and Broadway where  P.S. 165- Robert E. Simon Elementary as well as Mott Hall 2 Middle Schools are located. 

Although legalized, Cannabis Dispensary Trucks should not be allowed within such a close proximity of school zones @300ft area from the school, (500ft "store front") And should be extended  to at LEAST 1000 ft as it is for public property.

These Dispensaries are brightly colored and attractive. They are inviting. They are invading childrens rights to attend school without being exposed to an environment free of drugs and those who may partake in the use of drugs, specifically to an excess. 

Lets GetTogether and enforce school safety drug free zone laws to Keep the social influence of drugs as minimal as possible.
