The board members of our wonderful community of Bella Terra have destroyed the beautiful coconut palm trees all around our pool area and clubhouse. This unbudgeted for decision costs us homeowners $15,600. The Board members and committee members are continuing to selectively enforce certain rules that do and do not exist with select homeowners. Myself and many other homeowners in the neighborhood agree that, the current board members of Bella Terra, abuse their power and misuse our HOA money. Think about the improvements that could have been made to benefit us homeowners with $15,600. The board makes decisions without the opinion of the community. The lack of communication with us homeowners is unacceptable. We now demand new leadership and are calling for a new election to vote for new board members of Bella Terra. On behalf of the homeowners of Bella Terra, we demand a new election of HOA board members by June 1st, 2022.
