Hi Guys, I really think we need to do something about the gate pass system, especially for the 4th and 5th-year students. I went to the HR office today to complain regarding the same. They have told me to mail the registrar and that is what I am going to do. But I also want the student body to come together on this issue. Literally, there is no point of a bio bubble when all the faculty members and staff are moving in and out of the campus. Moreover, the Haryana and Delhi governments have eased out all the restrictions as well. Also, it has been a month and we haven’t even had any major outbreak or so in the college too. I understand we have signed undertakings, but the restrictions should make sense. It made sense when we came back. But not anymore. Just because we have signed something does not mean we have to follow it blindly, it should be practical. The bio bubble is completely pointless and arbitrary, it is just increasing the work and efforts of leaving the campus. I understand the student council has been dissolved. But honestly, I really feel it's not about who is responsible and accountable right now. It's all about unity. If all the students come together, I think we can make a huge difference. I will be mailing the registrar today about the issue, but I really want more suggestions/ opinions and support from the students. Either mass mailing, or gathering crowds are some ways. But I am really looking for more support and suggestions. Request all of you to take this seriously and let's do something about it.!!
