Local Calliope police man ‘Hibbard’ is a cop that will put others’ lives in danger in order for him to pull anyone over, and will look for any reason to charge you, take demerit points off you and defect your vehicle; some of which are false accusations from this man. We need to come together to put an end to his policing career so that others don’t go through this same experience.
