We have a convicted child sex offender living directly across from a public park on paradise ave, our children are not safe to play in the park anymore. He raped his 13 yr old victim in a public park, who's to say he is not going to do it again. My fear is that he may be watching from behind closed doors and doing God knows what, but when that is not enough anymore what's his next step going to be, (snatch one?) He has already given a 13yr old and her friend a lollipop in the last 2 weeks. Is that the start of grooming her. As a parent of children (2 girls) living on paradise ave I am petitioning to have him removed as we feel he is to close to a public park and has access to children.
