Under the Constitution and Bylaws of Sherwood Valley Rancheria, currently registered as Sherwood Valley Rancheria of Pomo Indians of California, this petition calls for the removal of Tribal Chairman, Hazel Ramirez, to stop her from continually violating the Constitution & Bylaws and Tribal Ordinances, disregarding her duties and obligations to the Tribe, disobeying Tribal Council motions and the wishes of the General Council, and to stop her from placing her personal interests over the interests of the Tribe.
