Petition to Reinstate Kimberli R. as Organizer of the Black and White Days Dairy Food Show.

For over 30 years, Kimberli R. has faithfully and passionately served as the lead organizer of the annual Black and White Days Dairy Food Show. An event that brings our community together every year. Under her lead, this event has grown in family participation, local company donations, and support for those of the local community.

Recently, a sudden and unexplained decision was made to remove her from this role without community input or any transparent process. She was replaced by Amber E. who has no prior connection to the event or family, all at the direction of the Mayor Paul E.. This change was not only abrupt and not communicated to the community, but it also disrespected the legacy and years of volunteer service given by Kimberli R. to our community.

We, the undersigned, believe in:

Transparency in local government and community decision-making

Respect for long-term community volunteers

Community involvement in decisions that affect public events

We call on the Mayor and all involved officials to:

Reconsider the removal of Kimberli R.

Reinstate her as the organizer of the Black and White Days Dairy Food Show

Create a clear and open process for selecting leadership roles in future community events

This event belongs to the community—not to any one person or office. Let’s stand up for fairness, transparency, and the people who have earned our respect through decades of service.
