Since his arrival, there has been unrest among the student in the facilitation sessions. The main reasons we would like him removed as our facilitator, is his iron handed approach. He is focused on course content with complete disregard for personal emergencies. To substantiate this claim, there have been testimonies of students who have broken down due to the marks given by Mr. Mabele even though there was an actual attempt from students to complete the work. Mr. Mabele’s approach would work in traditional settings, but we feel too uneasy having him be our facilitator. We’re not looking to have Mr. Groenewald back. We just want another facilitator to replace the current one we have.
