Esther M Garcia former principal of Liberty Elementary School has been hired to be a first grade teacher at Lake Mathews Elementary School. Upon information and belief, Garcia took no action in response to the reported criminal actions of Figueroa, including that she chose not to make a mandated report per her legal obligations. She should not be teaching at our school!
