In an act of Piracy Yemeni rebels (Houthi) have seized an Emirati-flagged vessel in the Red Sea named M.V Rwabi on 02.01.2022 around midnight hours. There is no news on the whereabouts of the crew members onboard that vessel since then. The vessel was captured off the coast of Yeman and brought to Hodeidah port where it is at present.

The crew members mostly indians ,indonesian and filipino are held by the insurgents. We urge international authorities to come forward and initiate a talk with the rebels to ensure the crew members are safe and released at earliest. Yemen is at its worst humanitarian crisis at present.
