Daniel was on the verge of starting his own business when he was arrested. He was charged with weapons under disability. The police found weapons in his mother’s house. The weapons was not his and did not belong to him. He went to court, falsely accused the prosecutor stated charges to the judge that were not real the judge then believed all the charges and refused to set a bail calling him a menace to society. This young man is nobody’s menace he has never been in a gang, has NEVER shot anyone, has never pointed a gun at anyone. He has never threatened ANYONE’S life. Daniel as been detained, going on 3 months he is being harassed and provoked by the guards. He is a loving and caring person who loves his family and would go out of his way to help you if you ever needed it. He would give you the shirt off his back and would never put anybody’s life in danger. He is engaged, but now everything has been postponed. Help us bring him home he is deeply loved and missed.
